About Us
Closet & Storage Concepts® is a home organization and storage products company headquartered in Southern New Jersey just outside Philadelphia. Founded in 1987, the company began franchising in 2000.
Our location is an independently owned and operated business which opened in March 2001 as the second franchisee in the network. We are now the largest operation in our network, which is comprised of close to 30 locations. As a company we are growing. Our 2006 sales exceeded the corporate facility.
The Charlotte operation is owned by Robert Coover. Because Robert is customer focused, quality driven and has 15 years of corporate business experience, Charlotte’s Closet & Storage Concepts® is within the top two franchisees in our franchise system. Today, we employ 20 people and operate four two man installation crews.
We service approximately a 50 mile radius around Charlotte with plans to expand further in the near future.
